His responsibilities include managing division operations, scheduling reline projects, overseeing international logistics, providing expert consultation services, and driving ongoing company development efforts.
As the Arizona Operations Manager, Kevin supports the day-to-day operations of the Arizona Division. His responsibilities include assisting with crew logistics, coordinating field operations, supporting safety initiatives, and contributing to operational planning and reline execution.
Jason plays a key role in the production of Kaltech’s Arizona Division.
His responsibilities encompass several key areas critical to the success of Kaltech’s Arizona Division. He ensures safety compliance with mine site regulations, manages crew scheduling, and oversees employee training programs. Jason also coordinates reline crews, handles post-job reporting, arranges equipment rentals, manages training certifications, and serves as an MSHA trainer.
Cathy’s extensive administrative experience assists her in managing the office, maintaining personnel files, handling administrative and reception responsibilities and assisting with the new hire process. Cathy is also instrumental in maintaining the office schedule and calendar.
