SCS – Sentinel Computer System

Our system was designed to be a centralized display hub that operates using our proprietary software technology. That technology allows operators to monitor the milling process in real time. This is done by providing advanced visual analysis information of the liner wear patterns, auditable grinding feedback and visual camera views. What information is displayed will be dependent upon what products are being utilized for each mill. Our products can be used in conjunction with one another or independently, making the system very versatile.

All our products were developed with one goal in mind, to provide the end user with improved safety, shutdown efficiency and mill grind prediction and remote access to charge levels and liner life without putting staff at risk or taking mills offline for mill inspections.
