Lance has worked as a maintenance technician in multiple Australian mines, and has served as an engineer in the Australian Department of Defense. Following a successful military career, Lance began his career with Kaltech.

In 2008, Lance became CEO, and has seen the company through its most recent expansions. Kaltech has opened new branches in Western and Eastern Canada, serving more markets than ever before, and recently, Lance has overseen the development of the company into a firm parallel with innovate technologies and advancements.
As the Executive Establishment Officer, Valerie is responsible for maintaining standardized procedures across all branches of Kaltech. This includes maintaining the company’s legal standards across all entities, implementing company policy and establishment of Kaltech’s organizing board which delineates the various roles across the company.
Graeme provides the main line of communication between Kaltech administration and mine site Operations.

Jamie’s extensive experience in the mining industry assists her in handling accounts receivable, invoicing, company policy implementation, office management and other administration duties.
Shane plays a critical role in Kaltech’s operations, ensuring every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. As Production Manager, he ensures safety compliance across mine sites, manages crew scheduling, and coordinates reline logistics. He ensures every detail is in place—keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
