iBOLT – Intelligent Bolt

Our Intelligent Bolts are wear indicating liner bolts designed to provide mill operators the ability to monitor the high wear areas of the liners in their mill while the mill is still in operation. The Intelligent Bolt does this by directly monitoring the liner wear inside of the running mill. When the liner wears to the singular preset wear point inside the head of the Intelligent Bolt, a solid bright LED is activated to notify personnel that this wear point has been reached. The Intelligent Bolt fully complements and supports current liner wear monitoring methods by providing current wear and confirming predictive wear.
