David’s move to Kaltech KZ brings an extensive amount of international knowledge and skill to the team. As deputy director of operations David oversees the day to day business, focusing on safety and mill availability as top priorities for every client.

Chris Schram’s role with Kaltech KZ is overseeing quality control and training throughout the production process. He has vast experience in relining mills around the globe in challenging environments, including the last 4 years in Kazakhstan.
