I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your teams for the work undertaken over the past 8 days here at Raglan. Your teams performed their work with dedication, respect and an unstoppable positive attitude. The three jobs lined-up for the Kaltech teams were all performed with worker safety as their primary objective while continuing the trend of efficiency and job-completion before the planned deadline.

The final team, which left site today at 3pm EST has been the talk of the maintenance supervisors, their initiative to replace the liners on our SAG mill feed chute was appreciated beyond words.

The Kaltech Sentinel Camera System

The Kaltech Sentinel Camera System provides the capability to look inside your mill WITHOUT removing the feed chute and other related, time-consuming tasks.

Currently the simple task of inspecting of the ball charge level, or the setting of the ore charge level for efficient and safe mill relining, can take hours, requiring personnel, planning, permits, the locking out the water and conveyor and removing the feed chute, simply to look inside the mill.

Not only are such shutdowns real production drains but they can also be hazardous to the team members that may have to enter the mill.

Not anymore. These tasks can now take only minutes to perform, and not hours.
